Senior Pastor
Rev Delroy Powell was ordained to the ministry in 1998 and has since then been a church planter and Pastor. He is a visionary leader who aspires to excellence in all that he does and seeks to model integrity in public ministry, in family and in his personal devotion. He is married to Marcelle and between them they are blessed with three wonderful children.

Director of Children's Ministry
Rev Noel Brown was born in Small Heath Birmingham. He came to faith in 1974 at Bethel General Baptist Church May Pen Jamaica and grew under the ministry of Arthur Dunk General Overseer of Open Bible Church Stock St. May Pen. He was ordained in 1987 and is married to Veronica. They have three sons, Stefan, Joshua and Nathaniel. Rev Brown also coaches couples in preparation for marriage.
Director of Prayer Ministry
Rev Vashti Ledford-Jobson was ordained as a minister in 2003. She is a gifted teacher who also has a passion for prayer and governance. She serves on various national and local church committees including NTA Trustee board and as well as National Prayer Coordinator. Her wealth of experience and enthusiasm makes her a tremendous asset to the body of Christ. Rev Vashti is married and has three daughters and two grand daughters.
Director of Evangelism
As well as director of Evangelism, Rev Richard Ade-Martin also serves on the NTA Visionary Council Board and as the NTA National Conference Secretary. He is a noted and scholarly teacher who imparts the word with a deep sense of conviction at home and abroad.
Adminstrator
Rev. Heather Dixon was ordained to the ministry in 1987. She is a former legal executive and a long standing member of NTA Tooting where she manages the Administration and Finance department. Rev Dixon also serves on the National Visionary Council and the local Women to Women committee. She is married to Oral and has two children.
Pastoral Team Member
Rev. Devon Burke was ordained to the ministry in 1987 and has since served as Youth President and Sunday Teacher. Devon is a clear bible expositor and encourages believers to aspire to holiness and true Christian growth. He works professionally as a Principal Consultant in Europe’s largest management technology consultancy where he is also is a frequent conference speaker. He is married to Sydel and they have to children Christian and Rachel.
Pastoral Team Member
Rev Amy Rose Powell MBE is a founding member of NTA Tooting. She brings to the leadership team almost five decades of frontline ministry experience including church planting, pioneering and managing community base organisations. She is gifted with wisdom and insight and is committed to help the church build its capacity to impact the spiritual and social needs within the wider community.
