This month marks the commencement of our ministry year here at NTA Tooting. I am sure that I am not alone in giving God thanks for his grace, goodness and glory towards us during the past year. Special thanks to our ministry teams, ministers, members and supporters, many of whom laboured tirelessly for the sake of advancing God’s Kingdom, knowing that your labour is not in vain. I look forward to serving with you as we journey towards 2020, trusting God for greater grace and greater glory.
It would be remiss of me if I didn’t mention the NTA National Convention held in August and to thank the local usher team, musicians, media, singers, cleaners and members of NTA Tooting whose participation and support contributed to the success of the event.
The theme. “Living Hope” was a timely Word for both the believing church and the unbelieving world, living without Christ the hope of glory. Praise God for hope found and hope restored but it doesn’t end with the convention. It strikes me that whatever God does is deliberate, intentional and strategic. I believe that God purposefully and strategically released this word to prepare his people for times of testing, trials and even tribulations ahead. When our faith is under fire, it is this living hope that enables us to endure and even rejoice in our present reality as we press forward to our promised and glorious future.
I look forward to seeing you.
